Formerly known as Wujiang Huahong Vacuum Technology Co., Ltd., it has a history of over 10 years. It is located in Jinger Road, Caiguan Industrial Zone, Jiangyan District, Taizhou City, Jiangsu Province, and the Heat Treatment Equipment Industrial Park. It is a domestic vacuum industrial furnace design and production enterprise, specializing in the manufacturing of various vacuum industrial furnaces. The company's products include several major series, including vacuum heat treatment furnaces, vacuum aluminum brazing furnaces, high-temperature brazing furnaces, and vacuum sintering furnaces, with over forty varieties; Widely used in aviation, aerospace, military industry, railways, automobiles, machinery, molds, electronics, scientific research and other fields.

02  Product Introduction

High Temperature Graphitization Furnace

High temperature graphitization furnace is mainly used for high-temperature purification of isostatic pressure graphite and carbon-carbon composite materials, vacuum sintering molding of ceramic materials, powder injection molding,

magnetic materials, and other materials.

Product features:

1. The high-temperature graphitization furnace is controlled by a programmable controller (PLC) and a touch screen, which can achieve real-time data display of pump, valve, heating and other actions, parameter settings, equipment operation, temperature, power, pressure and other curves, data list display, and has functions such as recording and data export; It can also achieve permission management to prevent unauthorized operations on devices.

2. The control cabinet and power cabinet are dustproof and waterproof, fully considering the isolation of carbon dust, and have good sealing performance. Its electrical components are selected from internationally renowned brands.

3. The equipment control system has alarm functions for overtemperature, couple interruption, overcurrent, cooling water shortage, cooling water overpressure, cooling water overtemperature, and furnace overpressure, ensuring the safe and reliable operation of the system.

High Temperature Brazing Vacuum Furnace

High temperature brazing vacuum furnace is not only suitable for vacuum brazing of stainless steel, high-temperature alloy steel, heat-resistant alloy steel, etc., but also for vacuum brazing of insoluble alloys or dissimilar metals containing titanium, zirconium, niobium, molybdenum, etc. Widely used for sealing and discharging vacuum switch tubes (arc extinguishing chambers), as well as brazing titanium alloys, radar shielding nets, EGR coolers, diamond cutting tools, iron soldering aluminum carriers, etc.

1. The heating insulation layer adopts graphite or metal molybdenum, which is suitable for different processes.

Vacuum Sintering Furnace

Vacuum Annealing Furnace

Vacuum annealing furnace is mainly suitable for vacuum bright annealing of various materials, recrystallization of non-ferrous metals, annealing aging treatment, etc.
